Woodlands Farm, Hadlow Down, East Sussex
Completed 2005

Set within 50 acres of the High Weald area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Woodlands was designed to look like it had existed for centuries.
It was constructed in almost entirely reclaimed materials; including brickwork, plain clay handmade tiles and internal and external timber frame. The reclaimed oak timber frame was designed with Antique Buildings Ltd who also supplied all of the oak.

Although built as a reproduction 16th Century Farmhouse, Woodlands complies with all current building regulations and NHBC standards.
