Sussex Heritage Trust In 2004 Wells Construction were highly commended by the Building Crafts Award from Sussex Heritage Trust for the Brangwyns Acre project to develop a redundant farmyard in Ditchling village near Brighton, East Sussex. The redevelopment covered the conversion of a traditional flint walled barn into two spacious two bedroom houses and four detached houses within the farmyard area. The houses have flint walls with bespoke oak front doors, staircases and handmade tiles. Internally they enjoy open log fireplaces and integrated smart wiring through out, allowing for home network connectivity.
